1. Day 1

   You reach out

   Send your date, venue, and anything else you want us to know. We answer within a day with availability and straight answers on pricing.

2. Week 1

   A short call

   It's twenty minutes, and we won't pitch you. We talk about how you met, what the day looks like, and whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so and point you to someone who is.

3. Booking

   Contract & retainer

   A plain-language contract and a retainer hold your date. From that moment, nobody else can book it.

4. 1 month out

   The planning call

   We walk your timeline together, flag where the light will be good, and make sure the ceremony audio plan is solid. You'll also fill out a short questionnaire about the people who matter most.

5. The day

   We disappear into it

   Two cinematographers arrive before you're dressed and stay through the send-off. We don't run the room, direct group shots, or ask you to redo a kiss. The drone goes up when the light is right.

6. 2 weeks

   The teaser lands

   A short cut sized for phones, while the honeymoon glow is still on. Fair warning: your family will replay it a lot.

7. 10 to 12 weeks

   The films arrive

   The highlight film, and depending on your collection, the documentary edit, full ceremony, toasts, and the Super 8 reel. It's all delivered digitally, and it's yours to keep.
